Miu Miu, a famous designer, created a pair and is currently selling them for roughly 5. After watching the show, I decided I would try my hand at this little DIY project. Here is what took place! The Original: What you need: 1) White Canvas Tennis Shoes. 2) Mod Podge. 3) Coarse Gold Glitter. 4) Tape. After the entire shoe is covered in glue, carefully sprinkle the glitter all over the shoe until covered. After this, you will shake the unwanted glitter off the shoe. After getting rid of the unwanted glitter, use a Q Tip soaked in hot water to clean off the shoe lace holes. I was never a fan of anything glitter, but those sneakers sure caught my attention. Of course, like most people, I couldn’t justify spending that much on sneakers, whereas skyscraper heels – that I can barely walk in – are totally worth it. But do not fear because a DIY version of them is here !
