Feb 19, 2022. You've inadvertently broken the crown stem - I've done it a half dozen times myself. It's not something you can fix; you'll need to call a local watchmaker, let him know your watch reference, and see if he has/can source the stem. The part will be cheap enough, but replacing it is a bit involved, so plan on ~+ labor charge.
There is a screw within the movement that keeps the stem in, and keeps it from pulling out. If your complete stem and crown came out, you need to find a watchmaker to make it right again. _____ I had my jeweler send my submariner out to fix stem and crown as it lost resistance and would just free spin in all settings, I don't know if they repaired it or replaced it but 2 years later the same thing happened again.

The text at the bottom of the dial that previously read “Swiss Made” now includes the Rolex Coronet (re: crown) as a separator, indicating the presence of the cal. 3230 movement. It’s also been slightly repositioned. It Uses a New Movement (Sort Of) Rolex. The cal. 3135, in use in no-date Subs since the 1980s, has been updated with the cal. 3230.
Crown: Rolex adapted its water-resistant, screw-down crown design from the 1920s — which used a gasket and a receiving tube housed within the watch case — for use on the Submariner. The Twinlock system made use of two O-rings for a water-resistant seal, while the more modern Triplock system from the 1970s uses an additional O-ring.
The Rolex 124060 is a contemporary icon that builds upon the legendary dive watch's rich heritage. Introduced in 2020, this no-date Submariner model features a slightly larger 41mm case, an upgraded movement, and refined aesthetics.
