Roasted Peach Sundaes

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions:

Slice peaches in half and remove the pit. Spoon lemon juice onto peach halves and add brown sugar on the cut side. Place on a cookie sheet lined with non-stick aluminum foil. Bake the peaches at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender. Place the peach in a small bowl and serve with a scoop of frozen yogurt.
